Returns & Refunds

We offer free returns. Unused items in original, unopened packaging or with original tags attached are eligible for a refund within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be in sellable condition (unworn with no wear and tear).

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on gift cards, earrings, or Final Sale items.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment in the original amount paid for each returned item, minus any shipping and handling or applicable gift with purchase costs. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. 

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of confirmed delivery of the returned items to our facilities. Timing of receiving refunds after we have processed the return is dependent on your bank. Contact your bank if you have not received a refund within 5 business days of confirmation from us.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges at this time. Reference the ‘Defects’ section for details about defective items.

Items purchased in-person at events, markets, or pop-ups are not eligible for return or exchange.

Defects

We work hard to ensure our products are of the best quality for you. We will work to resolve the following defects not previously disclosed in product descriptions or photos:

  • Faulty clasps, closures, or stretch bracelet knots

  • Metal rust or exposed base metal (chipped or worn plating) 

  • Broken Gemstones that can no longer attach to the item

  • Excessive discoloration of dyed gemstones (no longer the same color as when received). Color shade and hue changes are not covered under this policy

  • Inconsistent coloration on vintage components or jewelry are not covered under this policy

If you receive an item that is defective, contact us at help@shoppunctuation.com within the 14-day return window. Please provide the first and last name on the order, the order number, and clear photos. 

We use many natural materials, including crystals, gemstones, minerals, rocks, wood, shell, horn, and bone. The compositions of these materials cause variations in size, shape, and color. Products composed of natural materials with these variances will not be considered defective and will not be eligible for a refund, or exchange under this policy.
