Shipping
Delivery is available to the United States and United States Outlying Islands. We do not ship internationally at this time. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We only ship to one address per order. Orders are processed and shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Tuesday. Orders typically arrive within 5 days with standard shipping (12 days to US Outlying Islands), and within 3 days with express shipping (5 days to US Outlying Islands).
Order tracking is provided once shipped.
We are not responsible for items stolen, lost, or damaged during transit or delivery. Contact the courier to resolve issues that occur during transit or after delivery. If an item is lost, delayed, or damaged while in transit, contact the courier to assist with tracking and resolution. If you need any additional information while working with the courier, contact us at help@shoppunctuation.com as soon as possible. Provide your first and last name, as well as the order number. For your security, we cannot look up orders by payment references (i.e. credit card numbers, financial institution transaction numbers, etc.).
In some circumstances, we may replace items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If your items are lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit or after delivery, contact the courier to open a case, then contact us at help@shoppunctuation.com with your name, order number, and courier case number. Replacements will be determined on a case-by-case basis and must have a courier case number for consideration. All orders ship with courier insurance, which provides reimbursement for lost, stolen, or damaged items. We do not offer refunds for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit or after delivery.
Orders & Cancellations
We reserve the right to deny or cancel any orders prior to shipping. We will contact you via email if your order is canceled. Contact us at help@shoppunctuation.com and we will be happy to provide additional information about the cancellation of your order.
We reserve the right to limit quantities and adjust orders with quantities deemed excessive (over 3 units in many cases). We will contact you if your order is adjusted. In the case of any adjustments to your order, you will have 24 hours to confirm before the order is finalized and prepared for shipping.
